Hi, I'm Jordan Earle.

I'm a Senior Product Designer at Birdie Care, where I work as a squad lead on finance products used by care agencies to manage visits, pay carers, and bill accurately.

I'm a multidisciplinary product designer with over 10 years of experience, working end to end across UX, UI, research, and product design. I collaborate closely with engineers and senior stakeholders to take ambiguous, often messy problems and turn them into clear, usable products.

A big part of my practice is design engineering. I like working close to implementation, contributing to component systems, and making sure design decisions hold up once they're built and shipped, not just when they look good in Figma.

I'm drawn to mission-driven companies, particularly those working on complex, real-world problems where good design can genuinely make a difference. I enjoy working in spaces where constraints are real, users are under pressure, and clarity really matters.
